We want our guests to feel safe and relaxed therefore we have put the following personal protective measures in place for both clients and team members.
Spa staff wear a mask, gloves and in some circumstances a face shield during guest treatments.
A few details to note:
- Hand sanitizer is provided at the front door, please use it before heading to the back with your esthetician
- Please do not handle testers, we will provide the opportunity for you to try them safely
- All staff have sanitization certificates
- As always any implements that touch a client will either be disposed of or sterilized
- Spa treatment spaces will continue to be fully sanitized between clients
- We use medical grade disinfectants for all surfaces
- We have removed refreshments and magazines from our lounge area
- You will also notice us cleaning common touch points more frequently, items like door handles, counters and the point of sale machine
