Joyce has a strong connection to Campbell River. She is happy to say she has built a career and raised her girls right here in our community. Before leaping into entrepreneurship in 2011, Joyce has enjoyed an excellent career in retail management. When the Merle Norman franchise came available for sale, and Joyce, true to her nature, stepped out in faith and took ownership of the studio. Her experience helped her see the opportunity in buying an established franchise and expanding the studio to be an experience-plus destination. When she is not tending the shop, or attending educational workshops, you may find her travelling, enjoying time with family and friends or volunteering at one of her local non-profit organizations. Joyce is a dedicated community advocate. She loves focussing on local initiatives like the Rotary Duck Dip, Special Olympics, Cameron's Cause and the Brind'Amour Cystic Fibrosis Foundation fundraiser. She is also an active member of North Island Survivors' Healing Society and Women in Networking. She feels so fortunate with the success she enjoys that she is more than happy to share her support of time and donations. As a very active businesswoman, she finds it most rewarding to see that women are coming to realize that self-care is not an indulgence, but a way to maintain a healthy mind and body. Another very gratifying part of owning her own studio is the ability to mentor the employees who look to her for guidance. She is also very happy that her business allows her to indulge her favourite things: providing lovely all-natural skin care products, and shopping for lovely gift items to share.

Andrea began her career in the wellness industry in 2016, applying her tourism and hospitality experience to the new environment. Andrea shares her spa time between guest services and spa / social media management. She performs nano brows, tiny tattoos, organic spray tanning, waxing, tinting, manicures, facials, makeup, skincare consultations and loves to share new products, services and spa promotions with online followers. Andrea thrives on the visual transformations she can create for her clients. She enjoys the privilege of helping them look and feel their best. When Andrea is away from the spa she enjoys time with her friends and family and has a passion for crafting.
Joanne Matheson
Nail Technician & Lash Artist
Joanne entered the beauty industry in 2017, coming from a background in client service from retail experiences. Multi-skilled, she has completed her nail technician program and her training to become a lash artist, waxing technician and facial enthusiast. Joanne has a great following of spa guests and she enjoys the creativity of working in a wellness environment. Her favourite thing about the industry is working with people, she particularly enjoys making them feel good! When Joanne is away from the spa she enjoys camping, shopping and the company of family and friends.
Leigha Nylander
Massage Specialist and Esthetician
Leigha's enjoyed working as an esthetician since 2018. Her training experience hailed from Blanche Macdonald Centre in Vancouver. With a variety of service specialties, Leigha is able to help any guest feel relaxed. Her favorite treatments are massage, facials and a great eyebrow transformation. She loves helping guests find the perfect products for themselves, When at home, Leigha feels happiest when she's outdoors and spending time with her family.
Brooklynne Taylor

Brooklynne is a grade 12 student who has always been interested in the beauty industry. She loves doing makeup and she can't wait to learn new skills like piercing, waxing, spray tans and lash extensions. In her free time, Brooklynne loves to spend her time with her friends and family while shopping, camping, and enjoying the sunshine.
